From the Tools menu, select Card counter, or press F8.
The card counter counts and displays all the cards in the Tableau
and/or Stock that are face up (visible) in the current game.
Options
Click the Options button to display the Options menu. Available
options are:

Tableau only: if
selected, Card Counter displays cards in tableau piles only.

Stock only: if selected,
Card Counter displays cards in foundation piles only.

Inverted: if selected,
cards displayed are reversed.

Highlight cards: if
selected, Card Counter highlights the corresponding card in the game when
the cursor is moved over any card in the Card Counter. Note Only
cards face up in the game are highlighted.
