1. Windows Vista - Delay Before Sound Plays
   
   If you are a Windows Vista user and you are experiencing a delay before sound plays, this is not a SolSuite issue, but a Sound Card drivers / configuration problem.
   
   To solve the problem, please try the following:

1. Click Start - Control Panel - Sound

2. Right click on the Speaker/Headphones icon and choose properties

3. Click on the "enhancements" tab

4. Select the "Disable all enhancements" check box

5. When finished, restart the PC.
